Pantry shelving space advice needed please

I'm trying to design the shelves inside the pantry. This is the plan I came up with container store. The middle shelf is where I'm hoping to store the cake mixer, blender etc. The bottom shelf I'll probably use to cereal, potato, onions etc. The bottom 2 shelves are 16" deep and the top most is 12" deep. I'm hoping to store paper towel, oil and vinegar gallons etc so the bottom shelf is 18" above the floor.

Is there anything I should change? What do you think?
