Do you want a complete new look to the whole area? A new rug or two would provide good color cues for wall paint colors, perhaps in a blue gray to coordinate with your countertops. Adding some inspiration photos to your ideabook would give us a better idea of the look you are seeking.

My kitchen has dark wood floors and dark cabinets. I would love some paint color ideas for the cabinets, hardware, and lighting ideas.

Do your trucks have a specific color, or is there one in your logo that is a stand-out? That might be a direction for you, even if you have to go for a lighter shade of that color for the interior. It will just remind people of where they are. Remove the wavy piece of trim above the sink and replace valances with fiber shades. Looks like you need a re-arrangement of the office furnishings too, but we'd need more pix to do that.

Get sample jars of colors you are considering and paint large pieces of foam board - observe in different lighting at different times of the day. The cool grays and warm wood tones don't do much for each other - not a clash, but they don't bring out the best. A warm gray - which is usually a green with a gray undertone or a greige can sometimes work. Also, you might look at a white with a gray undertone. The green grays help bridge the cool / warm divide that many home owners are facing as they try to update older warm toned homes with the presently fashionable grays. I am seeing much lighter grays and more whites and creams in newer design pics - a little move away from the very cool tones of the past few years.
