Thanks Maggie M! I've heard it's out in our area but I have never been able to identify either poison oak or ivy (everything looks like it has 3 leaves?!) These photos really help. Plant looks shiny in some pics with many scallops, and a beautiful red color.

Oddly many of these photos look like different plants to me, probably due to the different season. I only seem to recognize plants that I have previously bought and planted from labeled containers.
