Best induction cooktop w/ Bridge for pancakes/french toast

We are remodeling our kitchen and have decided to go with an induction cooktop. We have two kids and I'm known in our extended family for being a pancake and french toast queen. In other words, my bridge burner on my present GE profile range is one of my favorite features! I was ready to go with GE but I also use my small front burner the most and the GE induction configuration has the large burner in the front. I think I like the Bosch configuration better with the rectangular flex zone (although I'm less happy with the price!) I've also read that the Miele has a true bridge because the ovals that make the hobs are close together. Back to the GE - I'm happy to see that they have a griddle but it's tiny compared to my pampered chef griddle that I use on my electric range. Has anyone found a great griddle that works on your induction cooktop?
