Somebody has good eyes. I don't see "daddy's little princess" either in the pictures. Maybe we need a better shot?...Arlene Welsh looks to have good substance, and even though the color changes on "No More Tears" I think it's still pretty no matter what the time.....Maryl

I'm not any sort of an expert but I'd vote for fox on this one, based on the head/ears shape/proportion. If this was a young fox, 10am might not be too unreasonable. Foxes gotta get a clue (and breakfast) too.. You might call DNR or the Parks/Rec folks or the Extension office (if they have such a thing here) to see if there have been other sightings. If they have, you can find out whether you need to be concerned about the critter being ill/scary. But HOW COOL to see that in the yard! I saw one about 1/2 mile from the house one early evening, very surprising to me but not totally unexpected since we have several woodsy areas nearby, along with the race track/training area. I have one Purple Beauty Bud in the works, so I'm hoping the Magic Gardenville Sea Tea will protect that bud from our blasting Kansas heat. I'm sure you will have an ohhhh, so splendid recap of everyone celebrating in the Fabulous Garden. In fact, I suspect the Garden will be vying for everyone's attention, so unfotunately everyone will drag you kickin' and hollerin' as Tripod Man! You WON'T BE ABLE TO ESCAPE that easy.... If you do Escape with Your Sanity intact, hee-hee, be sure to do the Pre-Bouquets and Sneak Away while you have the chance. Sitting through women's shindigs is about as agonizing as accompanying a woman shopping! I am not the typical female so I can really identify what you poor Menfolk have to endure. I shop like a Shark, in for the kill in 5 minutes, then out just as fast!! Can spot out a beautiful on-sale outfit, know in a split-second just looking at it on the rack, whether or not it will fit, and go for the immediate KILL, hehe. Just like with Your Gorgeous Absolute Magnificent Roses, bwahaha! Just as fast and just as deadly, hee-hee! James is very, very lucky that I'm not a Girly-Girl. He and I love the action-blasting movies with blood, guts, and Computer CG exploding across the screen. Who knows, there could have been Kill Bill playing in the backdrop with my Baby Shower had I been lucky enough to have babies! :P

Morning! The weatherman predicted rain for the rest of the week until Memorial Day, but I didn't see a drop yesterday and today the sun is out and it's already 50 so I'm thinking it's gonna be a nice day. My DH, Dad and brother are taking my 3 oldest kids out skeet shooting today. I'm staying home with the youngest and I'm gonna see if my DM wants to go to the TS. ha Being from the South I grew up around guns and knowing how to shoot. My DH, Dad and brothers are all big hunters. I just surprised myself that I did so well after not having shot one in so long. Been like 10+ years. My DD is wanting to go hunting with her dad so she needs to get familiar with guns this summer and of course she'll have to go thru the gun safety course. I did see Bebe's post. Sounds like neither rain, nor sleet, nor kidney stone will keep her from her convention. hahaha She's gonna have so much fun. Must be some weird cosmic phenomena....my kids let me sleep in this morning too. ha I made it til almost 9am! I was tired too cause we didn't get home until after midnight last night. We went out to eat and to see the new Indiana Jones movie, then stopped for ice cream on the way home. A lady was having problems with her car in the parking lot and we stopped to help her so that's why we were home so late. I hear my mom coming up the stairs so I need to go see if she's interested in going with me to the TS. I'll let you know if I get any good finds. ha Have a great Saturday!
