Heartsick as I am to see Vintage close its doors.......there are other fine nurseries that are offering really nice roses. Burlington, Angel Gardens, Rose Petals, Roses of Long Ago, Roses of Yesterday and Today, Rogue Valley, Heirloom..........there are lots of really interesting roses offered by these fine vendors. Vintage has been "the bomb" - as Guy Fieri says, but hopefully the rose world will not lose any of these other nurseries. So far, I have not gotten the "sorry to inform you" email.......so hoping I got some of my choices. I found 3 more last night that I wanted and sent in another order....will have a pot ghetto extroidinere....but so what. Life is short - eat dessert first! Hope you all get some treasures! Judith

Just another mention of something new. I'm not here much lately, when I am I just skim the Discussions side. Now I see a camera icon next to posts with photos. That's a good thing :) Am I mistaken or has that feature been on Garden side of GW for awhile? That little camera icon looks familiar.

I've had no problems w/the emails concerning threads I've started. However, even when you check the box that says: Check here if you would like copies of follow-ups to your message emailed to you.you must also have the box in your profile checked that says: Allow other users to send you email via forms at our site. See the "Your Profile" link at the very top of the page. Also, check your "Junk Email" mailbox, if you have one. I often find responses in my "Junk Email" box b/c Outlook thinks it's junk/spam. Unfortunately, you can opt for email notifications only for those threads you've started...not ones you've responded to.
