Need help with hardwood planks with differing length

My living room is 20'5" (L) x 15'8" (W) in size and I'm running the flooring in parallel to the length. My Jatoba planks that comes in 11 boxes have differing length with very few long boards and mostly short boards, like in total I have 6' * 9 pcs, 4' * 7pcs, 3' * 35 pcs, 2'5" * 19 pcs, 2' * 160 pcs, 1'5" * 18 pcs. The planks are 4'7" in width, so in total I have about 30 rows to cover. I know there are certain rules to follow so the plank tail in adjacent rows are at least 8" away and need to avoid running into 'H' joint. I ran several designs on paper but somehow it either end up running short of 8" gap between the plank tail or showing up as H joints because there are too few long planks. I need some help with what's the best plank length to start with (for the first 3 or 4 rows) so it can effectively solve the dilemma I'm in right now. Thanks a bunch!
