Why can't I log in on iPad or iPhone
Comments (12)I think it is a GW problem. At least, GW is the only site where I am having it. I can now enter my password and post using my computer and my iPad, as I am now doing, but I still cannot log in via iPhone. It keeps telling me that I must log in after I enter my user name and password on the iPhone. My updates are current, if that matters. No, no error message appears, no passwords have changed. Comments (4)I have never had a problem with the rubber waffle type pads ruining my wood floors. Rubber on vinyl will discolor the flooring. You can buy fabric backed rugs and since it will not be in a traffic area you won't need to worry about it slipping but it will not scratch the floor. If you get one with a rough back I would still use something under it because it will slide when you move the table for your laptop use and then you will end up with scratching the floor eventually....See Morewhat is best pad to use over hardwoods if using polypropylene rug?
Comments (5)The problem is we can't see what pad you are considering. I always suggest purchasing a pad that CLEARLY STATES "Safe for Hardwood Floors". If it doesn't SAY IT, then it doesn't MEAN it. If you have a link to the rug pad you want to use, please load it. We can have a look at the link to check for the wording "Safe for Hardwood Floors". If in doubt, visit www.rugpadusa.com They may be expensive but they are worth every penny when it comes to hardwood floor protection. Personally, I would not wish to use an indoor-outdoor rug over hardwood, but it is a personal choice and it has already been purchased. You now need to remedy the situation by finding the appropriate rug pad to protect the hardwood from the area rug. Suggestion: "Safe For Hardwood Floors" is the bare minimum you can use....See MoreWool area rugs - are they safe on LVP without using a rug pad
Comments (2)It depends on what kind of backing it has. If you haven’t heard of the knuckle test, try this. Pull the rug back to expose the reverse, with a bit of pressure, rub your knuckle across the underside. If it feels as if it’s going to tear your skin then it needs a pad. Otherwise it should be safe. I always but wool rugs that are hand tufted. Every one I’ve bought has the same type of reverse (consist across different manufacturers). I do not use padding with them currently. However, a more important question would be do you remove your shoes at the door? As with regular carpeting, sand and debris can make its way through the weave and if left unchecked I would be surprised if it didn’t cause scratches. I pull mine back and sweep underneath regularly. You’d be surprised how quickly stuff ends up there. Anyway, please see my pics attached....See MoreRelated Professionals
