I'm going on the 2nd week of newly laid patches of st Augustine when we layed it down it was a beautiful green color then the very next day just completely changed and has brown spots everywhere seems hay like. I watered it real good when we layed it down and been watering day and night by hand for 30 mins to a hour. Everyone says to keep watering but Idk what else I can do besides that or what the problem is. Help please this is my first time growing with any type of grass. My husband tilled and put soil before Laying. It's my job to take care of it now and I have little hope.
