Persimmons in Seattle area

I saw some older threads but the question of whether non astringent kaki (asian) persimmons ripen in the Seattle area most years appears unresolved.

I am most interested in the varieties "Jiro", and Nishimura Wase (aka "coffee cake"). I understand Fuyu may not ripen consistently around here.

Has anyone tried "Saijo" or "Izu". They appear to be early ripening varieties. How do they do here?
