Second plant is actually a Sedum clavatum. It's a great little plant, very attractive blue color and easy to grow!

Looks a lot like Sedeveria 'Harry Butterfield', but the part I circled looks like a different plant too me. Could just be the pic because it's small and grainy when enlarged;). The stem is so thick like a Pachyveria.

Do the pots have drainage holes? If not, you need to take the plant out and replant in pots that have them or add them to this pot. Also regular potting soil often holds too much water for this type of succulent to remain healthy, so they will do best in a cactus mix or other sharply draining soil.

I'll guess Echeveria or Sediveria (Sedum / Echeveria hybrid). Can't narrow it down more than that, sorry.
