Need help with tile layout on tub surround to avoid narrow tile cuts.

I am tiling a tub surround with tiles that measure 13"x 10". I had no problem with the layout on the back 60" wall, but have a question for the experts on the 2 side walls, which are about 31" wide.

Everything I have seen says you start with a full tile on the outside edge of the tub and work to the back corner, where you have any cut tiles there.

My problem is, if I do that with my 10" wide tiles, I will end up with a tiny 1" sliver in that corner.

I have thought about cutting 1" off of each tile, so they are all the same size and then I would have a 4" tile in the corner, but that seems like a lot of work!

If I start from a center line on those walls, I would have 2 full 10" tiles in the center and a 5.5" tile in the back corner and at the front edge of the tub where it would meet the bullnose trim.

Which of there layouts would look best, or would something else work better?

Thanks!
