What should I expect from a quince I grew from seed?

Two years ago I purchased a quince from Walmart of all places, and saved the seeds from it. I've been eyeing an Aromatnaya quince for a while, but figured I'd try germinating these for fun until I got around to it. Three germinated, one grew very strongly (18" tall), and I planted it my orchard last fall. Much to my surprise, it survived our winter (-22F at the coldest), and is now leafing out. A rabbit took 3" off the top, but it should recover from that easily.

I'm not hard up for space, so I don't HAVE to remove it to make room for other species, but I'm also not sure if it has a good enough chance of being a productive tree to leave it in the ground for years to come. How long does it take seedling-grown quinces to fruit, anyway? And how tall do they get when not grafted to dwarfing rootstock?
