Lexington Tommy Bahama is a bunch of junk. I spent over $10,000 on a dining room, sofa, chair and chest and everything except the chest has shown significant wear. My previous set was 35 years old and looked much better than this 5 year old set. The dining room table chips and won't hold stain when we tried to repair it. The "leather" on the chairs is also worn and shows white spots and the metalic finish on the arms has worn away to show the based material. The entire set needs to be trashed. It is very frustrating as it was not cheap. The $10,000 was the sale price.

When this happened to me, it made no difference what device I used. The problem never lasted more than a day.

Well, it was years ago, I admit, and maybe they have worse training now. I do remember my favorite problem they DID fix - it was right after a massive "improvement" they did to the web site. Of course, many things were goofed up. (this is not just HOUZZ - when I was working for a world-wide insurance conglomerate, we always were horrified when they told us we were going to get a "new and better system" - sometimes they had to run the old system for months while they got the bugs out of the new one. And, just last week I was talking to someone on one of my medical web sites, which usually work. All he had to say was "we just got new softwear", and instead of being irritated, I felt sorry for him.). Anyway, with Houzz I was looking for the full list of different gardening topics. When I finally found it, it was NOT in alphabetical order! They did fix that in 24 hours - I think they were embarrassed. Jackie

I am remodeling a guest bathroom, and replacing an old cast iron Kohler 13' high tub. I've seen numerous review about bad finishes on the cast iron tubs, and cracks in many of the acrylic brands. My research led me to Whitehaud acrylic tubs, which sound like they are a step above the rest at least in some design elements. Cannot find a single review about their acrylic tubs, though they seem to be known for their farmhouse sinks. Can anyone comment on the WHITEHAUS ACRYLIC ALCOVE TUBS?
