Thanks skibby, but I'm very worried about them. They're right outside our screened back porch so I can look at them any time without disturbing them or Mom, but the nest is less than 4 feet high. Not a great location for a bird nest in my opinion.

Fantastic photo, Marcy! I hope they will be ok; just have to trust that mama bird knew what she was doing when she built the nest.

Those little Cardinals will be ok if you can keep the cats and dogs away. You are right: 4 ft height is low for a cardinal's nest.
