Sounds to me like you may either have a Virus, Malware or Spyware. I'd First Update my Virus Protection and Malware Programs. Next I'd scan the Computer/Tablet/Phone with the Anti-Virus Program (do an In-Depth Scan, will take hours, check Rootkits too). I'd then run an Online Scanner like eSet Online Scanner as a Second Virus check. Finally I'd run a good Malware Scanner like Malwarebytes (again, do an In-Depth Scan of all Drives on your devices, again it takes hours). Quarantine Everything Found!

If I'm reading your message correctly, this is happening on your phone and/or tablet. Can you tell us what phone and tablet you're using along with what version of the operating system?

It sounds like a misbehaving app of some sort. You have any apps installed that might use a body sensor, like a fitness app? Have all your apps come from approved sources, either Apple's App Store or Google Play? Have you updated your operating system and apps to the current versions?

Sorry-I forgot I already asked- I just asked a similiar question :( we have two Samsung droids- very very rarely use one of them. The ipad is tethered to. Not used very often. No, we have no body sensored type apps. Always use Google app. Have Malware brand and use daily scan. Thank you for another scan/app to review.

You haven't made it clear as which device is having the problem. From what I read, you have an iPad that you ocassionally "tether" via one or two Samsung phones running Android. "Tethering" means that you use the phone to connect to the Internet via a cell phone (vs. using WiFi). All Samsung phones (or at least the overwhelming majority) run Android, which is an operating system.
