Building a raised garden bed, help for "safe" lining of bed.

So I have a previous structure that is perfect for a long raised garden bed. The problem is the wood is pressure treated, so a local neighbor recommended just lining the interior with "something" / "plastic". My concern is, isn't the plastic just as bad as the pressure treated wood?

Basically the structure is about 12-14" tall, 2' width, and 15' length, and it's divided into 6 sections. I was going to put some small rocks on the bottom of each bed for drainage, the put a plastic type liner on the inside and cut small slates or poke holes for drainage.

I was going to look to line the interior with something so the soil doesn't "touch" the actual wood.

Any thoughts or help with this??
