I have a Tassimo and love it....give me a specific question and maybe I can help. Can run you thru the steps here: turn on switch in back after making sure there is water in the canister. Put a pod in the holder and wait until the green light comes on ( could take a minute or two). Hit the big round button and you will hear it "wetting" the pod, then it will start brewing. Wait until the orange light comes on and then either push the large button again for a weaker brew or if satisfied open the top and remove the pod, turn off the switch and you are good to go.

Great lead! I would now call Covington in NY. I did this years ago with some outdoor fabric I found at a furniture store. First I called the manufacturer in CA to get the name of the fabric mill. I called the fabric HQ in NY where a woman loved my story (I wanted the fabric for a boat we were planning to live aboard) and she looked through their records to see who they'd shipped it to. She suggested I call a certain discounter called Boca Bargoons. I called the warehouse for the discounter, talked to a sweet guy who actually went through the warehouse and found the fabric for me. I order a lot of puzzles from Bits and Pieces Catalog. I order as many as 10 at a time and have them sent directly to my very limited income sister-in-law 2 states away. When she is done with them, I pick them up and do them. When I am done I pass them to a neighbor. When she is done, she donates them to the VA hospital.
