Drawings or pictures would really help. There are lots of ideas in everyone's heads, I'm sure, but we need to see the rest of it. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking you could make that entire wall a "wall of tall". Meaning that you can put the fridge in the middle, wall oven/micro (if using those) in a stack to one side, and a pantry on the other side. But that would require you to have an island or other substantial landing space nearby.

I can understand it better, now, sjhockeyfan, thanks. mrshalf, is this the proposed layout or current? We really need more info in order to help you. Have you already paid for your plan? If so the plan is yours to share as you wish. Anything else and I am just not sure. More questions, though...blfelton is right, you cannot fit two full fridge/freezers on that short wall. Why can the cooktop not go on that wall and the fridge/freezer on the opposite wall? If your kitchen will open into a great room you may still have room for an island but you would have to reorient it so that it does not interfere with traffic from the doorway. You also said cooktop, but where will your oven go? 36" cooktop or 30"? Here is just a quickie mockup, given the dimensions you provided, a 36" cooktop and wall ovens besides two fridges. A 36x48 island will work just fine in that space, there is 42" between wall ovens and island and cooktop and island. Depending on how much you want to impede traffic pattern you could flip it 90 degrees and extend it. Just for the record, I am NOT recommending this layout, just trying to get a handle on your space and give you a visual on what you are trying to accomplish. I would add a prep sink to the island and leave the refrigerator where it is so that you will have separate clean-up and prep zones. This is especially helpful if you often have multiple helpers in the kitchen. Our old kitchen had the refrigerator at the end of the sink run but I much prefer having an open counter there now. The MW can go on the short end of the island near the frig so others can use it without intruding into the cooking/prepping aisle. After reading many old threads about dishwasher placement we chose to flank our cleanup sink with both DWs as we often juggle between the two when we are doing a lot of cooking and cleanup but I can also see having a DW in the pantry especially for glassware when entertaining. Most trash is generated during prep so our primary double trash is next to the prep sink. If you place your trash pullout at the left end of the island it can be used by both sinks.
