We ordered through local plumbing store, although online was cheaper. We decided that between added shipping costs/possible damage/missing parts problems we would try locally. Our local dealer was happy to match online price: $420 Toto Ultramax, elongated, white, sanigloss, and $320 for the Toto Drake, same as above. We did the same for our Panasonic Whispersoft fans, took a printout of online store. Initially they refused saying they would lose money at that price. The store called me back and ordered fans for me at the online price, which were 1/3 of their retail price.

We used it. The excavator provided it. I'm in western PA. It is pretty much standard for footers here nowadays so you may want to look for suppliers near Pittsburgh. Freight shipping would be reasonable.

You can get your granite anywhere but the fabricator will determine "fast and reasonable". I think boxerpups fabricator was from NH. My prices had a wide range (one end to the other doubled in price) for the same 2 slabs from Marble and Granite in Westwood (near the T station on 128). It has a nice pricing guide - like - I could never afford a "blue dot" granite.
