Cuts and white-brown spots and holes

Than Soul

I live near the equator. Two weeks ago I planted a Calathea Lutea and a Heliconia in my garden. The latter had wilting leaves with a fade green colour when I bought it but I thought it was just malnourished. Since then it's leaves have also rolled up. Meanwhile today I noticed white-brownish spots and cuts as well as a couple of small holes on the Calathea's leaves, except for the newest leave. What could these problems be? Even if it's not threatening for the plant it's annoying as these are decorative plants and I'd like them to look fresh and nice.

I am uploading photos of both plants. I saw that little red bug on Calathea earlier and took a photo but it disappeared after few minutes. Thank you for any advice
