Tomato Seedlings Wilting??

vivisgarden (7b)

This is my first time starting tomatoes indoors. They came up fine 4 days after sowing (except for the one in the middle of the first picture but it was coming along!) After they had come up I put them under a light and for the first day they seemed fine but today (day 2) one started wilting early in the morning (the second from the left in the top picture) and then a couple others followed! In the second picture you can see that one seedling seems perfectly fine but the other one looks like it's just given up! I sprinkled some cinnamon powder on the soil (which I'd heard is a good anti-fungal and tends to keep them from damping off) but I don't know what to do if they keep doing this!
