Comments (21)Thank you! This is the window film. I chose Petals. Super simple to put on. Only took a couple of weeks to arrive. It was sheer luck that the pattern fit so perfectly https://www.scandinaviandesigncenter.com/SearchResult/usd0&key=Window%20screen...See Moreupstairs hallway
Comments (2)One option is that being it’s in the area of the children’s room you could place a console/credenza that has storage for extra toys and above it on the wall you could place a piece of art. Comments (23)I struggle with gallery walls. I’ve tried putting them in a few different areas and I can never get it to look right so I go with one or two larger pieces. Comments (37)Spaces that are open to each other in any way will be impossible to separate acoustically so the design of the upper corridor will not help much. If the bedrooms are acoustically isolated they should be fine. Acoustic isolation consists of walls and ceilings with double layer drywall on resilient channels or metal channels supported on resilient clips. Cavity insulation will only help where there are sound leaks in the walls or floors so its worthwhile but not enough by itself. Doors should be solid core wth perimeter acoustic seals and perhaps a drop seal at the floor....See Morebpath
