Gazing balls flanking the front door for the holidays.
Comments (17)I'm still trying to figure out the urns/pots and am considering tall ones in a stone look or terra cotta look but something more classic looking than the ones I currently have. Possibly tall ones at the bottom of the steps would look nice and once I do get the rails put in, that may be where they will have to be anyway due to the amount of room on the porch that will be left after the railings are installed. If I use the terra cotta color at the bottom of the steps, they would blend in more with the walkway and steps, and if I go with more of a stone/concrete look, they will stand out more. Any opinions there? Something tall would be necessary I'm sure, especially since my house sits up and back away from the street....See Morehelp choosing outdoor lighting please
Comments (9)We got O'Neils for outside and Bend sconces for our bedroom. The quality is great. I wouldn't think the glass would get any dirtier than other lights, although we didn't get the bright white that I'm assuming you got. Ours has a cream art glass shade and, to tell you the truth, I never even gave a thought to the dirt factor. I'm really excited to get them put up, electrician comes on Monday! Good luck, Kim Here is a link that might be useful: O'Neil...See MoreHelp me choose color for front door
Comments (51)I love the Tandoori, and the Iron Mountain does go well with your siding, but maybe too well and wouuld be too blah. The Onondaga Clay would be what I'd envision as the perfect terra cotta and I'd love to see some teal/turquoise/bright blue pots and accents. Even those pretty blue hydrangeas. A coral door, IMO would bring in too much pink....See MorePlease Help me choose a door color (red if possible)
