Ouch and double crapola...After the extensive research I have done on these seeds. I have found they need wet soil for the first three days. You were only misting? I would drench the soil with water and see what happens. Make sure you use a dome and heat. I have had decent germination on mine some did not come up but that is to be expected. Linda how are yours doing? Eloise is your soil wet too? I know you are trying outside. They should be soaked prior to planting too.....This is what I have learned about them...Tj I will see what I have left after my RR'S They are mixes though and not named just pictuers of the mixes. I do have double plants but they are slow growers. They come up and just sit there. I have ones I did a fewmonths ago and they are still the same size...Weather? No sunlight and not under lights....If they get bigger maybe in summer I can send you some of my doubles...Barb

Pink Mountain, lol about my house being a prime example of needing foundation plantings! It's what we've been saying for months. We've only been here a year, got a lot of inside work done and now want to start on front. Little by little as budget allows. I'll definitely use these ideas.

the countertop is fine. wait until it's installed before finalizing your tile choice. LED lights in the 4000K range will bring in a neutral daylight. anything lower than 3500K has a yellow tone to it. The type of marble you choose will also matter. Carrara, true carrara marble, has a blueish undertone. a very cool tone marble. Calacatta is bit warmer toned. I don't know how much sq footage you need, but choosing cheap marble isn't the answer. cheap marble will discolor and sometime rust. (I don't know where you got you tile from in the picture, but I'd keep looking) I understand money is an issue, so check around for sale lots (sometimes if they only have 30-50 sq ft left of a lot, they mark it down). I've found great deals from people who buy too much and can't return it. Are your cabinets also white? if so, you're going to have 3 diff shades of white all next to each other. That's why I said to wait until cabs/counters are installed, your lighting is up to date and then you can bring home samples to see how they look. I can show you plenty of other marble sample tiles

Look for manufacturers that are made in the U.S.A. and offer a lifetime warranty on frame and suspension - that is usually a good clue it is made well. 8-way hand tied springs are the gold standard, and sofas that feature that usually have quality construction throughout the piece. Some manufacturers do good sinuous springs, but some do not, so it's a little more iffy. I'm partial to Lee Industries and The MT Company and also love Carolina Custom Leather for leather pieces. These are what I sell so am most familiar with them. A seat cushion with innersprings will hold up the best. Avoid down unless you are okay with flipping and fluffing daily.
