Questions about finishing new bathroom door

We bought a fixer upper and are slowly working our way through things. We just recently purchased an unfinished interior door for our bathroom (the first of 6 interior doors that will need replaced). For all of our floors and baseboards and trim in the Living Room and hallway the wood is oak and we just applied Minwax poly (sand, poly, sand, poly, sand, poly) no stain.
Someone gifted us a dark wood vanity and we stained the baseboards and trim in the bathroom to match. But, now we have an oak door to hang and have to decide how to finish it.
Do we stain the inside of the door dark to match the rest of the bathroom? Do we leave it light to match the rest of the house (even though it will have dark trim)? Is regular Minwax poly OK for bathroom doors? We used oil based, not water, so I assume there's no bathroom moisture/water issue.
