Quartz Countertop damaged during install should I pay full price?

Craftsman Seeker

I was charged $6700 Silestone Marengo 3 slabs 127 SF. Three
scratches in various noticeable places & one chip on the island facing the
living rm the size of a dime. All were patched with glue, no polishing. They said they cannot buff-out anything or Silestone
will void the warrenty as Silestone has done it before to them. The chip repair is very ugly and the scratch
repairs look like nothing was done. My question
is this, “Should I have to pay full price since they scratched and chipped the
quartz during fabrication or installation?”
I don’t believe that they know what they are doing. I was thinking
of deducting a set amount for each scratch and chip. Oh, they also put a seam right thru the
middle of the sink & faucet, which I believe weakened the quartz. So let me know what you think, please. I am very interested to hear from the pro’s. Thanks in advance.
