Water clarity problems after adding fish back to pond

Hi,

I have a large pond that has been running, but without any fish for the last two years. Over the weekend we added in 8 adult koi that were offered to us by a neighbor.

The only problem i'm seeing is that the fish are stirring up the fine layer of silt / debris that had settled on the bottom of the pond. This is making the water really murky, and hard to see into.

Question: Will my filters eventually sort this out, or should I consider taking some sort of corrective measure? I have 3 stages of filters, 1) Brushes for large material, 2 and 3 are both several layers of blue bio mats.
