Need help making spring garden but I'm only 12 and I don't have any $$

I would gratefully appreciate your help if you could give it to me, my folks call me a wussy for wanting a garden and I don't have money to do it on my own. I was thinking of flowers and vegetables considering we have a family of 14.

Are you still thinking about a Garden? How fun! I am new to this site but would happily share what I have with you..where do you live? I have always been a gardener too..its such a great stress reliever..(I am from a family of 8 and was the oldest kid!)
