I have had two Grohes in two different kitchens and loved them both, and never had a problem with either one. One thing to keep in mind when choosing a faucet with integrated sprayer (and BTW, I do NOT recommend side sprayers), is that you get one for which you do not need to hold down the spray button to keep the faucet on spray. There have been people reporting on this forum that they didn't realize when purchasing their faucet that they'd have to keep holding the spray button while using the spray which is a PITA. If you can't tell from the faucet's specs, call the manufacturer's customer service number to find out. Another thing is more a personal preference thing. Some sprayers revert automatically to regular flow when you turn off the water. Others stay on spray until you change it by pressing the button, regardless of whether you've turned off the water. No right or wrong here, just what type you'd like.

Just a quick update for everyone..... after going to a plumbing warehouse in my area, they indicated there is no way to identify the stem or cartridge without knowing the manufacturer of the faucet as I was told there are 1300 brands out there. As suggested by others including Home Depot, etc, I just purchased a brand new faucet which has the manufacturer label stamped into the faucet which I can reference in the future should I need to replace the stem.
