Comments (18)Weedyacres...here you go. I wish that I put a cupboard below, but originally the toilet was going in that nook and it wouldn't have worked. The other bookcase is on the other side in our bedroom. This was empty space because we pushed the tub up to give the toilet more room. I hate dead space, so I put the shelves in. It ended up that there still wasn't enough room for the toilet...bad measuring on the part of the plans. This room was done in two parts, so it was hard to get a good feel for the space until all the plumbing had been roughed in and walls of the old space were taken down. I guess this is more than you need to know. I haven't figured out what will go in the shelves yet....See MoreShow me your kids' baths
Comments (13)Mine is still in process (being tiled as we speak) but the sink has a faucet with a spray head on it which I thought might be handy for clean up. It's undermounted into a granite countertop. His granite: Shower/Tub in progress: He'll have a Jacuzzi 20" deep tub/shower (spoiled thing) and all the fixtures are either brushed nickle (towel bars etc) and stainless (faucets/sprayers, etc)....See MoreShow me your best sugar cookie receipt
Comments (21)Lindalou, I'm not lindyluwho, but no, Molly McButter is not what she means by butter flavoring. You can find butter flavoring in the baking isle with the vanilla. It comes in a bottle in a box, just like the vanilla does. Just like vanilla, almond, black walnut, ect., like an extract, but it's just a flavoring, to make the cookies or what ever you use it in, have more of a butter flavor. I said last night I would repost the other recipes I posted that have scrambled ingredient amounts so here you go: Mrs. Hartly's Sugar Cookies 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. shortening 2 eggs 2 T milk 2 c flour 1/2 t. lemon rind (I use dried lemon peel found in the spice isle) 1/2 t. soda 1 t. baking powder 1 t. nutmeg Little salt Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased sheet. Bake at 350 until slightly golden brown. My Mother's Sugar Cut Out Cookies Combine: 3/4 c. soft shortening - part butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 t. vanilla Sift together: 2 1/2 c. flour 1 t. baking powder 1 small t salt Mix all together and chill at least 1 hour, or over night. Roll out 1/8" thick. Cut out with floured cutter. Place on ungreased sheet. 375 for 6-8 minutes. Not many in a single batch. The reason we get the odd symbols, to my understanding, is the format of the forum doesn't understand the symbols when you copy and paste from Word. Tami...See MoreErika C
