I think if you go with the off white cupboards & if you go with a dark vanity, I'd go with a tub that blended well with either element - the cupboards or the vanity. If I brought in a 3rd color value I would want it to be a version of one of the existing colors. But I'd probably match the cupboards to the tub, so a bisque. BUT, the bisque would have to be the same as the cupboards if it were my BR, or at least the same hue, if not the same tint, tone, or shade, etc. The bisque might be a rosy bisque in which case I would really think hard about it before I mixed with a yellow white (Creamy). If you want a 3rd color maybe it would best be used as an accent color. But rules are meant to be challanged. I am loving the cream and gray combos I see. I consider it the pastel version of Black and Tan. Sample comparing will be a must before buying. I also think looking at amounts of a color will be important.

1) I used tan. Looks OK 2) You can get a smart bit with spare several twist drills in one pack. You can find it online. The twist drills are hard, and they are brittle. If you don't hold the electric drill straight, the drill bits will snap. If you hold the drill straight, you won't break any. I used the decorator ballusters and rail connectors with Garapa. To prevent breaking of drill bits on the railings, I drilled all the pilots with a small drill press. Also I found that the standard 1/8" (8/64") twist drill (for #8 screws) is too small. A few of the SS screws snapped. I went to a 9/64" twist drill. Worked great. The drill press also helps getting all the ballusters dead center. I bought most of screws and drills at www.mcfeeleys.com. If you have questions about screws, they know tons. 3) don't know anything about pergolas.

No paint color fixes dark kitchen. You need more lighting. That is the fix. Then it could be painted black like all of those Insta kitchens and still be plenty bright.

^Agree with deco. The shutters don't belong on your beautiful windows and really detract from your homes appeal. Landscaping is very important when selling. Removing those bushes she highlights will open up your entry and make your home very welcoming. The garage door is drawing all the attention because it is white and looks unpainted. Paint it either the color of your existing siding or a color to blend with the brick. Have your front door stand out with color. You can paint it white just like your sidelites. Or choose an accent color for your front door (leave the sidelites white). You may want to remove the screen door when selling. Removing the RV/camper is critical to opening up your homes appearance. Large address numbers visible from the curb are important. You know where your home is located, agents and buyers don't and can't see the tiny address as shown in your pic. Make sure the front door area is clean and welcoming when you put it on the market. Stage it with simple inexpensive but colorful/friendly welcome mat and a pot of flowers.
