Master bath look and feel, vanity question

I'm continuing to drill down on the overall design look and feel of the new house. Thinking about master bath tonight.

Two questions:

1. What do you think of these elements for the bathroom? Again, are they coherent, do they work together?

2. I've got two vanity looks I love, DH prefers the second, feels the first walnut/marble vanity pictured below is too sleek. For the second vanity picture, what material is that do you think? Aged or weathered walnut maybe? It may be a tad too rustic, but I like the weathered feel of it.

We are keeping our existing walnut bed, so I like the idea of using some walnut in the bathroom.

The two vanity looks in the running. Will be 6' long, likely floating, two sinks, black or bronze faucets:

No bathtub, oversized shower with black rimmed smoked glass;

Tile floor, likely black and white, maybe with accent like an area rug:

Linen closet something like this, will depend on vanity choice:

Leaded glass windows in the bathroom (and likely kitchen). Both the kitchen and bathroom have west facing large windows that let in lots of light, but they face a brick wall 15' or so away.
