Help! Paint Choice looks too dark late afternoon/night.

I hired the Sherwin Williams color specialist. She was very nice and after discussing what I was considering for colors we looked at several choices for the open kitch/dining/living. We were going between Sea Salt and Watery. We both liked Watery best. We looked at the colors on the wall around 1:00 pm. I left the big sample page on my wall to look at for a few days. We close on Wednesday on this new build. Tonight, after 5, we stop by the house and we realize the color looks very different later in the day (of course) because the rooms are darker. My husband and I did not like how the color looks AT ALL. On the smaller sample piece we had up it looked blue. With the larger sample page and at night it looks medium green/grey.

I do not know whether to try and cut it by 50% and see how it would look or go for a completely different color. The above picture is my granite counter and island (crema pearl). Cabinets are white (not bright white). Floor light tan and grey with pattern. I just do not think it looks good at all together. Again looking for suggestions for colors for my open area. :( She tried some whites with undertones but she didnt like them. We have to talk to the painter to get a date set for him to paint so I do have some time. I liked Silver Mist but not once it went up on the wall. It looked cold. I cannot believe how hard this has become. My sectional and chair will be a medium grey in the living area. I like Pineapple Cream for our guest bath and am thinking it will be in my guest bedroom as well (the color specialist did not think the yellow would be good with the neutrals in my kitchen). Tempered Taupe will go in the master bed and bath (color for 2017!). Again would like something with color and not tan, white or beige. I am afraid grey will look blah but am open to a very light blue grey .Issue is they change with the light and darkness of a room and can look cold at night. What do you think of SW "Rainwashed"? Too light or bright? I am really stumped. .Again asking for suggestions, please!
