What color are your walls now? Are you looking for something lighter? What about painting the walls the same Softer Tan? Hard to tell for sure, but this photo seems to show the same color for the walls and trim: https://www.decorpad.com/photo.htm?photoId=92215

I don't know what Revere Pewter would look like with the browns you have, but I've seen pictures of it with walnut and calacatta marble and it look very nice. Buy a sample and paint a board with several coats and set it in the room to see if you like it. It is a Benjamin Moore color.

When you have a room with doors and windows like yours, it does make arranging furniture difficult. Most people are not using dressers anymore. Walk in closets with organizers help eliminate bigger furniture. Is your closet of a good size? You might be able to eliminate a dresser? I would put a small bench at the foot of the bed, not chairs. Chairs would be too large. Reduce the amount of furniture in the room and you will enjoy it more. Might be time to go through everything and make sure you get rid of those things you haven't used in a couple of years, donate them or pitch out! You might be amazed. Good luck. Before you do much else, go through that exercise, get the furniture in the best arrangement possible and then think about colors, walls, etc.

A shade of blue would have been my suggestion too. I see blue in your pillows, not green. I agree a rug, with a pattern on it (possibly some shades of blue in it), that is larger than what you have would look very nice. I like the blue on the walls in Celerys picture.
