What tree should I plant?

Recently my sugar maple had to be cut down due to root damaged sustained during construction. I'm now faced with the impossible task of deciding what tree I should plant in its place, although I do have some criteria. I'd strongly prefer if the tree would be deciduous, grow in zone 6a with full sun, and due to nearby power lines, not exceed 75 feet in height and 45 feet in spread.

This is the area where I'm thinking of planting:

Right now I'm either thinking Autumn Blaze or October Glory maples, but I'd appreciate a second opinion.
