Asbestos tiles that need to be drilled into

Annie

I am getting steel beams installed along my basement walls because of a bowing foundation. In a small part of the basement - about a 15-foot section along the wall - there are asbestos tiles. I had samples sent away, and the test showed that there is 2% chrysotile in the tiles, and 4% chrysotile in the mastic. If I weren't getting beams installed, I wouldn't worry about it. But, since there are four beams going along this portion of the wall, and to install the beams they need to drill into the floor, what should I do?
I'm not only concerned about the safety of the workers installing the beams, but also about disclosures when I go to resell the house. Is the only good solution to get them professionally removed? I'm hoping there is another safe way to deal with it.
