Can you help Identify this variety of Japanese Maple

These are the end of season sale and they are being sold for 20 dollars at the local nursery. I have ample amount of space to plant a few but I want to know the variety first. Thanks

    Even live wood now can be lacking in leaf buds or with dry, dessicated buds. That only means that branch could well be dead and have changed color by spring. Current signs of life NOW are no guarantee of that being true come spring bud swell.
