Plants coming from South Korea

Today I got a "we missed you" sign from post office for a few plants that shipped from S. Korea. They shipped my time Sunday night and it will be tomorrow, Friday, 5 days in transit, before I will pick them up. Normally I will either repot a plant the day I receive it/the day after, if it's bare root, or take the soil off and repot one or two days later. I'm going away on Saturday and might not be able to pot them until I get back on Wednesday (I'll be packing after work)-does it sound like this would be okay or should I just go ahead and pot them tomorrow (Friday) when I get them?

If not, should I at the very least give the roots some water?

Thanks in advance anyone who has advice.
