Adding my review for future reference of anyone searching. I placed a sample order from GoingKnobs of all sizes in a pull/cup/handle style that I was planning to order. They were the best price I could find on some Top Knob brand hardware, and they also did not charge sales tax. I received those samples very quickly. I prepared a fairly large order - about 150 separate items which included their regular pricing (already the lowest), a special promo for 15% off, free shipping, and as stated above - no sales tax to my state. For an order that was approximately $1400, the sales tax matters. But before I submitted the order, I contacted customer service with my full order and asked if that was the best price they could do. Although it took a couple of days for them to get back to me, they did reduce the price a little more (every little bit matters). This made their pricing BY FAR less expensive than any other shop I could find. I placed my order, and it was received in two large boxes within about a week. I was prepared for there to be some miscount because it was a large order of the same 3 items but in every size available. But to my surprise, the order was 100% correct. Between the pricing, the shipping speed, and the 100% accuracy of my order, they exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely order from them again and recommend them highly.

I had an allowance for knobs/pulls from my kitchen designer. Spent well over that with RH knobs and pulls, but worth it imo. However, his installer was more than happy to install the hardware I purchased exactly where I wanted. When some knobs/pulls went missing from the job site, or damaged pieces were discovered, he happily came back another time to finish putting in the remaining hardware. (and RH was extremely good about taking back returns of damaged and/or overpurchased hardware. Lucky for me there is a store nearby!) I'm sure if my GC's guys put in my hardware they would have found a way to screw that up! (hate my GC...)

I ordered from them, initially, several months ago, and I needed some more odds and ends of knobs and pulls and ordered from them again, which just happened to come yesterday. --The latest order was made on 9/21, shipped on 9/23, and arrived 9/25...Of course, I'm only 2 states away from them, so yours probably won't arrive quite so quickly. They do have amazingly good prices. I wish they had all the brands and styles of knobs and pulls I needed.

After reading through all these comments, I was concerned about the quality of SH. I looked up the spec sheet on the faucet I am interested in buying and it has the following certifications: cUPC ASME A11.18.1 NSF/ANS I61 NSF/ANSI 372 ICC/ANSI A117.1 This covers, among other things: lead free, safe for drinking, supply fittings. In fact, they address lead free specifically in their FAQs: " All Signature Hardware kitchen and bathroom sink faucets are compliant with lead regulations determined by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). This includes NSF/ANSI 61 (to meet North American drinking water standards) as well as AB1953 (to meet California drinking water standards). They are safe to use, as required by law, and undergo a rigorous testing and inspection process before being authorized for sale. We are also proud to stand behind our products with our warranty. " And their faucets have a 25 year warranty. I couldn't find anything about where they manufacture, but even if assembled here, I'm sure there are parts that come from China. You'll be hard pressed to find an all American made & assembled product of any sort. Many of the concerning posts were from years past so it looks like SH has made improvements since then. I will go ahead with my plan to purchase faucets for my kitchen reno. Fingers crossed!
