Comments (5)KathyGA, this is my third year with the Honeycomb. As far as I can tell, no reseeding--and I'm a terrible dead-header. When the Honeycomb buddleia is good, it's VERY GOOD, and smells delicious. However, it's not doing as well this year, it's not flowering much and the old wood doesn't look so great. I think it's because I didn't cut down the Honeycomb (which I believe is a buddleia weyeriana), the way I did the buddleia davidii Black Knight last year. I thought I wasn't supposed to, but I am going to cut it down this winter. I will try to make several rooted cuttings soon to take to the fall trade (if I make it this time!). Comments (13)Here's an unfinished one. You can order it with the Sea Grass seat, as they call it. I wonder if that term in a search would bring up more. I looked in all my usual places (target, yankee whatever, shaker something, carolina rustica, plow & hearth...) earlier today and came up with nothing.
