About your shower doors - do both them slide? I don't see a bottom track, which I'd love to get for my shower/tub. Is there a track? If so, is it very low profile?

Very nice!! Beautiful! I love the Storjorm mirror but only wish it had an on/off switch on the mirror itself. If it did, I would have bought that myself. If they introduce that option I will probably get one.

Very nice, I can see all the thought that went into the remodel! It is a peaceful and calm feeling in this bathroom, which is hard to do in our smaller bathrooms sometimes. You accomplished it while dealing with a second door, too! I like the shower pan in the off white color. It goes well with the tile. I can see why you are having second thoughts, as the toilet and sink are white, but if you look upon the shower as a whole, the shower pan is perfect for it. White may have been too stark against the pretty tile. Congratulations on a great job!

Lovely transformation. Question on your shower niche. Was it a preformed niche or did you make your own? If it was a preformed, the space between the smaller and larger one was that a plastic insert? We bought EZniche and the plastic shelf is so large I wasn't sure how it would look. But your's looks good. Our tile guys come tomorrow.

Mh26: the niche was a preformed from schluter. It came with a piece that was adjustable to any height between the top and the bottom.

Is the tile polished or matte? It's really beautiful. I want to use large tile in my smallish master bath - I think these are gorgeous. I can't find too much about them online. Are they easy to obtain?

The tiles are matte finished. They come in polished too, but I didn't want to spend the extra $1.50/sq ft for the polished ones for the shower. (We did polished tiles for the shower in our master bath, and I find my matte tiles clean up better than the polished....)

We live in Burlington, Ontario. I found the tiles at three different tile stores in our area.

Kristi, I hope you're still checking back here. I'm very interested in your tile. Is it more beige-ish, or gray-ish, or both? It's hard to tell from your photos. I'd like to do something similar in my smallish master bath. Would you say it's light in color? I'm afraid of making the bathroom too dark.

Also, I really love the way you placed the tiles. It seems to be a herringbone pattern - am I right?

I live in New Jersey, and I can't seem to find a store that carries Sarana tiles, but I'll keep looking.

The tile has both grey and beige in it, but I'd say it has more grey. The last pic in my "after pics" shows the most realistic colour of them :)

The tiles do not darken up the room at all. (I made sure to pick a light wall colour so it wouldn't make the small bathroom look smaller as well)

I laid out the tiles in three different styles before deciding on the final pattern. It is similar to herringbone, but, as you can see, it isn't set on an angle

Sarana seems to be a Canadian distributor, but I think I've got some leads as to tile stores in NYC that carry it Sargente Riverland White. I hope it's the same tile. I'll have to go see it in person/

Great job on the renovation! We are considering the Storjorm medicine cabinet but saw another post saying it was hard to install and/or not well designed. How do you like yours?

I love it! Great lighting and lots of storage.

It was simple to put together and my contractor had no issues installing it. It had to be hard wired in though and operates on its own light switch. (I think people have issues when they want to add it to a space without hard wiring capabilities)
