Tiny blue flowers in grass

These are flowers about 4mm in diameter with tiny clover like leaves in grass. What are they?

cant even focus on a leaf or a flower.. and they dont look blue.. can i call a redo ... maybe get a little closer

otherwise.. violet ... ken

Sorry, for some reason the color desaturated so it looks whitish instead of Robin egg blue-ish. I'll try to snap another pic next time I see them. This was from about 2 ft from the plant and the auto focus bugs out sometimes at distances that close.

Liriope is liriope :-) Ah... but Liriope is NOT Muscari ;-) Same family (Lily), different genera. The Grape Hyacinth in the photo is genus Muscari - possibly M. Botryoides (common GH). To confuse things, one of the species of Liriope commonly planted in the US as described is also called Muscari - named so because its flowers are similar to Grape Hyacinth. Have to agree with esh_ga that, at least in the US, Grape Hyacinth is not called "Liriope", but "Muscari" could possibly refer to either M. Botryoides (etc) or . I agree with Commelina, but it does not look to me like C. communis. The leaves look too long and narrow, the growth habit too compact (though its habit may be altered by mowing), and the spread of the petals looks too wide. The USDA's database shows 6 species of Commelina that grow wild in Texas, and there could be additional garden species. Could this be Commelina erecta? Here is a link that might be useful:

Looks more like Veronica persica but if you are in the USA there are an awful lot of species.

damn shes good.. lol ...

on a pic like this.. try setting some scale in the pic ... like a lighter.. or pen.. or something ... not for the size scale.. but for the camera to have a spot to focus on.. it works.. sometimes ... [a lot of peeps use their feet ... but i dont thinks thats intentional... lol ...]
