I am trying to decide between Coretec Plus HD and Flooret Modin flooring. I found a color Coretec I love, but don't really seem to "love" any of the Modin colors online. I don't even know what samples to order because they none seem very attractive on the website. However, everyone raves about Modin. I'd like to see some actual real life installs if anyone has them. We want the look of natural or lightly white or gray washed white oak. Nothing too grey, but also nothing to yellow, orange, or warm. Also, any suggestions about what line of Modin to use? I like the idea of cork backed and a longer plank, but also like the idea of 40 mil wear layer and a lower price (which will save about $3000). Not sure which to choose. We have a new build ranch with an Advantech subfloor and a concrete slab in a walk out basement. We will be installing on both levels.
