Some sort of plant bug, which actually is a technical term. :) it means that they most likely feed on plant juices which could make them a problem in large enough numbers. Examples of plant bugs in the US include stink bugs, squash bugs, leaf-footed bugs, and harlequin bugs. Some of those are obvious pests but others don't seem to be problems most of the time. We never had problems with the native stinkbugs growing up, except the occassional unpleasant tasting raspberry, for example. But now the marmorated stink bug has the potential to be quite damaging to some crops. So I couldn't tell you if those bugs are "bad" or not.

The black ones are the nymphs (immature stage).
