pendant lights above island

I've been searching for months for pendant lights for our kitchen island. We will have creamy white cabinets and black honed counters. The kitchen opens to the dining room, which has an ORB chandelier, but all the hardware in the kitchen is satin nickel. We also have plenty of recessed lights and natural light from dining rooms windows. What do you think of these?

I saw that, but wasn't sure why it would be an issue. I could understand not using an indoor fixture outside, but any reason I can't use this indoors?
