Comments (10)My beveled cherry is over a year old and I haven't once had to get out the Q-tips to clean the corners. It looks like traditional Shaker until you look up close. Comments (6)You could use masonite also - it's a lot cheaper. My Home Depot has a panel saw, and they could rip the plywood, or masonite to the right width strips - then you would just have to cut them to length. Remember this is going to add weight to the door. You are going to have to fill the plywood - more paint.
