Hot Cocoa is relatively disease resistant, it may get some anthracnose (a fungal disease) late in the season, but not horrible. Synthetic fungicides are applied as per the directions on the container. Most have a 7 - 14 day cycle. Bayer Advanced Disease Control for Roses, Flowers, and Shrubs is popular with those here on the forum who use a fungicide regularly. Heirloom sells small plants (rooted cuttings), so they need a little extra care. They may need to be put into a little larger pot, and kept in dappled shade until they harden off. They can't be exposed to direct sunlight right out of the box, the leaves will fry. A couple of weeks in dapples shade, and gradual exposure to direct sunlight will harden them off.

Wolf is just a matter of removing the grates and wiping them down. If I have a bad spill I move to a different burner so stuff doesn't cook on. The BS is self healing because of the cast iron. Wolf has the black enamel which some people feel will get scratched. I have not had any problems with that but don't use green scrubbers on it. Most everything comes off with a soak with a wet cloth if you have a big mess. The only damage is a dime sized area that is etched probably from burnt sugar. Some people like that the BS comes completely apart for cleaning. Wolf has a few crevices that gets stuff in it. Which is better? BS has higher BTUs on one or two burners which is good if you stir fry. It will also heat water a little faster for pasta. You have faster heat recovery when adding food to a pan. Wolf has the dual burners so there is a separate burner for simmer with very low BTUs. I use the low end a lot so like that. I almost never have the heat up all the way but others want the high BTUs. Wolf is raising the BTUs to 19-20K but only on the DF which has the problems with the blue enamel. The gas range does not have blue enamel. BS claims its simmer in degrees instead of BTUs which is a meaningless number and prevents you from comparing to other ranges. BS has uncapped burners. This is less flare of the burner on the highest heat. Wolf has capped burners so more flare. I mostly use big skillets with highest heat so it works for me but other people like that the BS burner stays the same size as you turn up the heat. Some capped burners have a lot of flare but Wolf keeps that down with the dual burners compared to some other capped burners. BS has star shaped burners so the heat source is spread out. This is great if you use cast iron or steel pans because they have poor heat transfer but the pan must be sized to the burner. BS has different sized burners for this reason. Wolf has single ring burners and all the same size except one small pot burner. If you use good heat conductive pans like heavy aluminum or copper, the burner shape won't matter much.

My personal recommendation is Trane/AmStd and Carrier/Bryant. Depending on your location, I would not purchase a new system that did not have electronic demand defrost. I would not have any of the brands other than Trane you are considering. IMO
