Help With Diseased/Dying Climbing Hydrangeas

Please help. Purchased some climbing hydrangea last summer. They did great last year, did well this spring and summer until about mid-June, when I started noticing some leaves on one is them browning and dying. They get watered, good drainage. It got very dry and I noticed spider mites. Sprayed them all with neem oil a few times and made sure to spray them down. I ordered green lacewing eggs also. I haven't seen any bugs other than some ants and the spider mites. I did fertilize with a 10-10-10. By way of background, they are in good soil and I fertilized with plant tone around March.

Well, it has been a month and one is practically dead and another is starting to turn brown. Any ideas? Fungus or root rot? Ideas for how to save them? Thank you.
