Sorry for the super late reply, I've been really busy at work Yeah, I'm really concerned about the Scheff. It still looks the same. I was also thinking that the leaves aren't getting any water. When I repotted it, I didn't clean the roots which I think was one of the main mistakes I made. There also weren't a lot of roots, like it wasn't stringy roots like the ones from my flowers in my flowerbeds. I think another mistake I might have made was I used top soil instead of potting soil because I thought...well dirt is dirt, right? lol But from what I've read online maaaaybe I should have spent a little more for potting soil lol I did get rid of all of the dirt/mud from before. So I'm thinking.....maybe I need to repot it again using potting soil and clean the roots and maybe it will survive. I'm just kind of lost and frustrated but I really want the plant to live :( Btw, the Pothos is still looking great and is still growing new leaves so at least I saved it lol

Usually when you cut off part of the vine, a new one grows right at the node of the cut. And sometimes 2 will sprout or some further down, but it's usually just the one at the cut. Do you have a picture? Seems like it would be quite an impressive plant. Based on what you said, I'd either wrap the vines around the bare stems or cut the vines a couple of inches down from the top of the pole and root the cuttings in the same pot. That way the 'main' vines are still there and will sprout new growth from the top and then the cuttings can grow up and cover the bare stems. It's best to do major pruning when the plants are actively growing such as in June (in North America), but I'm sure a pothos could handle it.

Possibly a soil minerals related problem. If it is growing actively now maybe you should fertilize it. It wouldn't be expected to do well without any fertilizer at all. A typical annual routine would be frequent watering plus fertilization in summer, with greatly reduced watering, no fertilization in winter when the weather turns dull and the plant becomes less active. With re-potting into a larger container filled with fresh potting medium in spring, as needed. (Also you don't want to leave the base of the pot sitting in water for extended periods).

Sorry Annabelle, It's easy for tags to be switched btwn pots. Also sometimes their tags are just wrong, it this case they appear to have been switched. Here's some Golden Pothos (Epipremnum), that I grow in water. But my Pothos growing in soil get watered every 7-10 days or so, I think yours MAY be underwatered. Yours is some variation whose name I forget. Something about Joy or Cream in the name. Let's allow some time for others to chime in, someone here will know. In the meantime, I'd try watering a bit more often & water well, 'til some comes out the bottom.
